This stakeholders’ information is jointly submitted by the Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (FORUM-ASIA) and the International Organising Committee of the Asia-Europe People’s Forum (AEPF-IOC) for the second cycle of the Lao PDR’s Universal Periodic Review. This joint submission focuses on freedoms of expression, assembly and association, and civil society space in the Lao PDR.
