Regional Workshop on Women in Armed Conflict (UN Security Council Resolution 1325)

Venue: Bangkok, Thailand

Organised by FORUM-ASIA, this workshop will discuss the situation endured by women human rights defenders and victims of human rights violations in armed conflict. Experiences will be shared in order to develop methods of peace-building and conflict resolution. Ten to fifteen participants from FORUM-ASIA members and partners working on issues related to armed conflicts and human rights will receive funding assistance to attend.
