finding they conducted in October last year on death of three employees of
Nippon Garments Industries.

The workers came to the factory on 31 October 2009, finding that it has been
shut down. To stop them from going in and talking with their employers, police opened
fire. This resulted in injury of about 20 workers and death of the three.

Odhikar interviewed with relatives of the victims, witnesses, employers,
doctors and other people. To read the report, please click here (pdf, FORUM-ASIA website).
