Research on Domestic Human Rights Protection Mechanisms in Asia

{mosimage}This research report aims to identify current protection mechanisms that human rights victims can petition to seek, analyze their remedial effectiveness, and use the findings for advocacy and educational purposes. The research is conducted with a regional (Asian) perspective and suggests actions both at the national level and the regional level.
