{mosimage}The theme of the second regional forum for HRDs was “Towards the Full Implementation of the UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders in Asia – Strengthening the Role of HRDs”. The forum was attended by the Special Representation of the UN Secretary-General on HRDs. This compilation of reference materials includes UN and inter-governmental documents on HRDs, selected NGO statements on HRDs, final declarations of key forums affecting HRDs, and other complimentary documents.
