FORUM-ASIA together with our member Odhikar in Bangladesh and five other civil society organisations submitted an Alternative Report to the United Nations (UN) Committee Against Torture (CAT) on the occasion of its review of Bangladesh’s implementation of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (the Convention).
