From 10-13 November 2017, the ACSC/APF 2017 took place in Quezon City, the Philippines. A thousand civil society activists and human rights defenders from all countries in Southeast Asia came together to discuss and reflect on the state of human rights, peace and democracy in the ASEAN region.
