International Conference on the 25th Anniversary of the 1991 Paris Peace Accords on Cambodia

On 19 October 2016, the Asian Network for Free Elections (ANFREL), Asia Democracy Network (ADN), ASEAN Parliamentarians for Human Rights (APHR) and the Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (FORUM-ASIA) organised  the International Conference on the 25th Anniversary of the 1991 Paris Peace Accords on Cambodia. More than 80 participants from national, international and regional civil society groups, research institutions and foreign embassies gathered in Phnom Penh, Cambodia,  to review the implementation of the 1991 Paris Peace Accords in the past 25 years; engage global civil society, international actors and all those who signed the 1991 Paris Peace Accords and ensure their continued support for Cambodia to uphold the Paris Peace Accord, and explore a better future for Cambodia in accordance to the 1991 Paris Peace Accords.
