2nd Basic Course on Human Security

hsa.jpgThe Human Security Alliance (HSA) and the Office of Human Rights and Social Development (OHRSD), Mahidol University, Thailand, are calling for applicants to attend the 2nd Basic Course on Human Security. The course will be held in Bangkok, from 1-6 June 2009.
Application must be submitted by 15 April. 15 individuals, including the ones with scholarship, will be chosen by the organisers.
